Those lengths do not form a triangle.

In order for three segments of the length a, b and c form a triangle, three "triangle inequalities" must be satisfied

    a + b > c,

    a + c > b,

    b + c > a.

In wording form, it means that the sum of any two side lengths must be greater than the length of the third side.

In our case,

    19 + 10 = 29,

but inequality

    19 + 10 > 29

is not held.

Therefore, the given three segments do not form a triangle.

I wrote my post because the post by  @josgarithmetic does not explain the subject correctly and only can mislead a young inexperienced student.

My advise to any reader who will see my post,  is to ignore writing by  @josgarithmetic,  since it may harm your mind.

I'd called it  "one more fake solution from  @josgarithmetic",  but it would be too soft / (gentle) name for it . . .

"RUBBISH"  is a correct name.

It is paradoxically, but @josgarithmetic,  being a totally unqualified as a tutor and producing tons and thousands
fake solutions,  collects enthusiastic feedback from the visitors,  much more than any other tutor in this forum.

I thought long time about it,  and came to the conclusion,  that it tells a lot about the visitors.
