No - the sum of the lengths of any two sides of a triangle must be greater than the third side's length,
consider 1 + 1 < 2.5

The sum of the lengths of any two sides of a triangle must be greater than the third side.
if a triangle can have side lengths of 1,+1, and 2.5, we have:
1%2B1%3E2.5=> since 2 is not greater than 2.5,a triangle cannot have side lengths of 1,+1, and 2.5
