Easiest method could be Elimination. Factor of 2 for first equation; factor of 3 for second equation:

6x-14y=10
-------------
6x-27y=15
-------------

Add negative of one equation to the other equation:
%286x-114y%29-%286x-27y%29=10-15
6x-11y-6x%2B27y=-5
16y=-5
highlight%28y=-5%2F16%29

Use either equation to finish solving for x.
