Question 35015: Ok right now in algebra class we are learning about "standard form" w/ linear equations.. i don't really understand how to slove and i keep getting it wrong.. the formula for solving & answering it is Ax+By=C. Why i keep getting it wrong is when i do the problem, it always comes out as (example) 6=3x+5y, when it SHOULD come out to 3x+5y=6.. I just dont understand how i am solving it wrong!! help!!

You are not getting it wrong.
Your answer is the same as the answer you say is preferred.
3x+5y=6 is the same as 6=3x+5y
