-1%2F3n-11=4
now add 11 to both sodes;
-1%2F3n-11+11=4+11
-1%2F3n=15
Now multiply both sides by the inverse of -1%2F3which is -3%2F1;
-1%2F3n(-3%2F1)=15(-3%2F1)
n=-45
Now check your answer;
2%2F3(-45)-11=4+-45
-90%2F3-11=-41
-30-11=-41
-41=-41
