Question 593045: I am building a box. I know the area of each side of a rectangular box is 252, 168 and 96. The total surface area is 2(252 +168 + 96)=1,032. How can I find the dimensions of the l,w,and h. Since I know the surface area of each side I came up with the following: l*w=252, l*h=168, w*h=96. Would I start by solving for l as in l=252/w and then substitute it into the next equation as (252/w)h=168. This is when I get confused.
