You can put this solution on YOUR website!
What is the area of a triangle having a height of 20 centimeters and a base length of 15 centimeters?
----------
Area = b*h/2 = 15*20/2
Area = 150 sq cms
=========================
The other triangle has nothing do to with it.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A, area
b, base
h, height
k, proportionality constant

A=kbh

An example given:
k%2A25%2A16=200
k=200%2F%2825%2A16%29
k=8%2F16
k=1%2F2

FORMULA:
highlight%28A=%281%2F2%29bh%29.

Next example asks for A when h=20 and b=15.
