Find the height or how tall the soda can. Use formula for volume of cone to directly calculate volume of the cone which has same diameter and height of the can.

Volume for cylinder formula: v=h%2Api%2A%28d%2F2%29%5E2

Volume for cone formula: v=%281%2F3%29h%2Api%2A%28d%2F2%29%5E2

Just be reminded that volume of cone is 1%2F3 of the volume of a cylinder.
So, that is 1%2F3 of 36.
