You can put this solution on YOUR website!
This problem has already been solved - problem number 761857.
Circumference of tower = 10 m
So radius of tower = 10%2F%282%2Api%29+=+5%2Fpi
Radius of the external fence is 2 more than the radius of the tower
So radius of fence = 5%2Fpi+%2B+2+=+%285+%2B+2%2Api%29%2Fpi
Length of the fence = circumference of the fence = 2*pi*radius
= 2%2Api%2A%285%2B2%2Api%29%2Fpi
=10+%2B+4%2Api = 10+%2B+4%2A3.14 = highlight%2822.56%29 meters approx.
