Question 626339: The ratio of the volume of two cubes is 125 to 64. What is the ratio of their surface areas?
I have taken the cube root of 125 and the cube root of 64 to get a ratio of surface area to be 25 to 16. Is this correct?
I got a scale factor of 5:4 and then squared it for the ratio of surface area.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I think you meant to say you took the cube root of 125 and 64 to get 5 and 4. Then you squared those values to get 25 and 16

So the ratio of their surface areas is 25:16
