volume(cylinder) = pi%2Ar%5E2%2Ah = 36*3.14 

     r^2*4 = 36

     r^2 = 9

      r = 3 |Tossing out negative solution for length

Lateral area is 2pi*r*h = 2*3*4*pi = 24*3.14
