You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The area of any regular polygon of n sides of length s is:
%28ns%5E2%2F4%29%2Acot%28180%2Fn%29
= 8*4/4 * cot(22.5º)
= 8%2A%28sqrt%282%29+%2B+1%29
=~ 19.313 sq meters

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Ans: 19.313
sol: A=S%5E2-a%5E2
a=2m
Given the span S: S=2.414*a
S=2.414*2=4.828m
therefore, A=19.313
