We have all these numbers but the second base. So we can use this equation to find it:
112+=+%28%2811+%2B+b%5B2%5D%29%2F2%29%288%29
Simplifying the right side we get:
112+=+%28%2811+%2B+b%5B2%5D%29%2F2%29%288%29+=+%2811+%2B+b%5B2%5D%294+=+44+%2B+4b%5B2%5D
Solving for the variable we subtract 44 from both sides:
68+=+4b%5B2%5D
Divide by 4:
17+=+b%5B2%5D
