Question 169379: A temperature of 41 degrees F is equivalent to 278.2 degrees K, while a temperature of 86 degrees F is equivalent to 303.2 degrees K. How do I find the equation to convert Kelvin temperature to Fahrenheit. What is the Fahrenheit temperature when it is 180 degrees K?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
There's no direct conversion from Fahrenheit to Kelvin and vice versa.
If given in Fahrenheit, convert 1st in Celsius then to Kelvin:
C=%28F-32%29%285%2F9%29
K=C%2B273.15
If given in Kelvin, do reverse ----> convert to Celsius 1st then to Fahrenheit.
.
To show: %2886%5Eo%29F-----> K?
C=%2886-32%29%285%2F9%29=54%285%2F9%29=30
highlight%28K=273.15%2B30=303.15%29
180K ---------------> F
180K-273.15=C
-93.15%5Eo=C
Next, F=-93.15%289%2F5%29%2B32=-167.67%2B32
highlight%28F=-135.67%5Eo%29, Answer
Thank you,
