its width is 4 inches.
its length is the same as the perimeter of the top or bottom circles. it can be found by:
perimeter+=+2%2Api%2Ar
So the length is 2*3.14*(1+1/5)=7.536 inches
Thus the area of the label is:
4*7.536=30.144 square inches.
