From the given data, it is IMPOSSIBLE to find RS.


What is possible to find, is the ratio  R%2FS,  which is then equal to  58%2F14 = 4 2%2F14 = 4 1%2F7.


So, I  am 179% sure that the formulas in your post are written incorrectly.
