We 4 have rectangular outside walls, 9m high and 12m long along the ground.
wall surface = 4%289m%29%2812m%29=432m%5E2 .
The roof is made of 4 triangles of 10m height, whose bases rest on the four 12m-long walls.
The area of each triangle is
base%2Aheight%2F2%22=%22%2812m%29%2810m%29%2F2=60m%5E2.
The total roof surface area is 4%2A60m%5E2=240m%5E2
The total surface area of the outside of the house (walls plus roof) is
432m%5E2%2B240m%5E2=highlight%28672m%5E2%29 .

NOTE: That is not what a realtor would consider the surface area of the house.
The realtor would measure the surface area of all the floor surfaces in the house, to reflect the "living space".
With walls 10m high, this must definitely be a 3-story house, maybe even one with a partly below ground basement,
