You can put this solution on YOUR website! If the length of the side of the square is 7cm, the biggest circle that can be cut from the square will have a DIAMETER of 7 cm i.e. radius of 3.5 cm. It is not possible to cut a circle of 7 cm radius from a square of 7 cm. Please re-check your question.
