Use the proportion

20%2F22.5 = 8%2Fx,

where left side is the ratio of the model dimensions (in inches), while the right side is the ratio of corresponding actual dimensions (in feet).

From the proportion,

x = %2822.5%2A8%29%2F20 = 9.

Answer. The actual diameter of the fontain is 9 feet.
