The lateral surface of this pyramid is comprised of four congruent triangles.

So the area of each such triangle (lateral face) is 84%2F4 = 21 ft^2.


This area is half of the product the base edge length and the slant height:

which gives h = %2821%2A2%29%2F6 = 42%2F6 = 7 ft.
