Each end's area = pi%2Ar%5E2

If the width is the diameter, r = x/2
h = 2x + 3

If it's 1/2 of a cylinder cut on its axis:
LA = pi%2Ar%2Ah+=+pi%2A%28x%2F2%29%2A%282x%2B3%29
The ends are pi%2A%28x%2F2%29%5E2
The rectangle part is x*(2x+3)
