Question 352170: 6 sqrt50 - 3 sqrt2
Subtract. Simplify by collection like radical terms if possible.
So far I have:
6 sqrt 50 factor out 50 is 5*5*2
which then is (6*5 sqrt2)-(3 sqrt2)
this is where I am stuck. Do I factor out 3 as well?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
