Hi dear!
Take the squares of numbers from 32 to 99.
i.e from

32%5E%282%29+to+99%5E%282%29,On doing this,you will notice that they are made of 4 digit numbers and on taking the square root of those number,it will give a whole number.
Example;32%5E%282%29=1024
which is a 4 digit number and
sqrt%281024%29=32 which is a whole number.
Therefore,1024 being a 4 digit number is a perfect square.
Do thesame as the example above from numbers within 32 to 99.
