What was the question? Were you supposed to determine which two expressions have the same value???

sqrt%28-49%29+ is not a real value (or if you consider complex numbers, the value is 9i.

-sqrt%2849%29=+-7

I suppose if you want two that are equivalent, it would be +-7 and -sqrt+%2849%29.
