I don't know what a or x is so these expressions can not be simplified completely
The square of three is 3*3 = 9
The sixth root of x to the fifth power is x%5E%285%2F6%29
so the first answer is 9+%2A+x%5E%285%2F6%29
For the second one
the cube of 2 is 2*2*2 = 8
The square root of a*x to the fifth is a%5E%285%2F2%29+%2A+x%5E%285%2F2%29 or %28ax%29%5E%285%2F2%29 and which form is preferable depends on the context.
Probably you can give +8+%2A+%28ax%29%5E%285%2F2%29+
