To rationalize the denominator, multiply by 1 in the form of denominator/denominator. Any number over itself is 1, and 1 times anything is the thing itself.

Anything that's raised to the 4th power can be pulled out of the 4th root.

x%5E7=x%5E4x%5E3 So it becomes root%284%2C+216x%5E4x%5E3y%5E3%29%2F8x%5E7+=+x%2Aroot%284%2C+216x%5E3y%5E3%29%2F8x%5E7

x cancels with x%5E7 to leave x%5E6 on the bottom.
