Subtract 24 from each side:
sqrt%28x%29+=+sqrt%282209%29+-+24
Square both sides:
%28sqrt%28x%29%29%5E2+=+%28sqrt%282209%29+-+24%29%5E2
x+=+%28sqrt%282209%29+-+24%29%5E2
Now you just use you calculator to find sqrt%282209%29 and then simplify the above.
