I think you need to add some parentheses to distinguish what is and isn't under the square root symbol.
If this is the problem,
sqrt%28x%2B11%29=sqrt%28x%2B1%29
x%2B11=x%2B1
11=1
Then there is no solution.
Please re-post if the first line applies and this isn't the problem.
