Are these 3 separate problems? If so,
sqrt%283y%5E2%29+=+sqrt%283%29%2Ay
and
sqrt%2815y%5E3z%5E2%29+=+yz%2Asqrt%2815y%29
and
sqrt%2824x%5E8%29+=+2x%5E4%2Asqrt%286%29
Note the general rule that
sqrt%28a%5E2%29+=+a
and also,
%28sqrt%28a%29%29%5E2+=+a
also, I don't know if the signs have been covered
If so,
sqrt%28a%5E2%29+=+a
sqrt%28a%5E2%29+=+-a
since
a%2Aa+=+a%5E2 and
%28-a%29%2A%28-a%29+=+a%5E2

I assume those are 3 separate questions?
When you take the square root of an exponent, you just half it.
sqrt%283y%5E2%29
=y%2Asqrt%283%29

sqrt%2815y%5E3%2Az%5E2%29

=y%5E%283%2F2%29%2Az%2Asqrt%2815%29
The site is cutting off the top half, but it should read y^(3/2)
sqrt%2824x%5E8%29
=x%5E4%2Asqrt%284%2A6%29
=2x%5E4%2Asqrt%286%29
Note that the square root of 4 is 2, so I took it outside of the radical and put it in front of the x^4 term.
