to the 17th power. It said find the prime factors of 12 first which I did and then you can read the rest of the explanation.

My response.   All you were need to do was to place the original formulation  "word by word"  into your post.


As it was posted/presented originally,  was  nonsense,  and I am not going  (and was not going)  to spend my time deciphering that writing.
