7sqrt7x+5sqrt7x
The instruction says to "simplify".
-----------
Your problem is like 7 cars + 5 cars
The sum is 12 cars
---------------
Your Problem:

If we let y=sqrt%287x%29 we get

7y%2B5y

Now combine like terms

7y%2B5y=%287%2B5%29y=12y

Now plug y=sqrt%287x%29 back in to get

12y=12%2Asqrt%287x%29

So in other words, 7%2Asqrt%287x%29%2B5%2Asqrt%287x%29=12%2Asqrt%287x%29

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
7%2Asqrt%287x%29+%2B+5%2Asqrt%287x%29
If I'm reading the expression right, the common factor in the terms
is sqrt%287x%29, so I'll factor it out
sqrt%287x%29%287+%2B+5%29
12%2Asqrt%287x%29 answer
