9 - 2x < 4x
Collect like terms
-2x - 4x < -9
-6x < -9
Divide both sides by the coefficient of x
-6x/-6 > -9/-6
x > 3/2
Note: when dividing with a negative co-efficient I.e (-6) the inequality sign change
