You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The restriction is m%5E2-3m%3C%3E0.

m%28m-3%29%3C%3E0

m%3C%3E0 and m%3C%3E3.

Domain: -infinity%3Cm%3C0 AND 0%3Cm%3C3 AND 3%3Cm.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!

the domain for this rational expression:
%28m%5E2%2B2m-24%29%2F%28m%5E2-3m%29
%28m%5E2%2B2m-24%29%2F%28m%28m-3%29%29 ....denominator m%28m-3%29 cannot be equal to zero
so, the domain will be all real numbers excluding values of m that make m%28m-3%29=0 and they are: m=0 and m=3
the domain is:
{ m element R : m%3C%3E0 and m%3C%3E3 }
(assuming a function from reals to reals)
