Hint: the slope formula is m=%28y%5B2%5D-y%5B1%5D%29%2F%28x%5B2%5D-x%5B1%5D%29. So plug in the given coordinates and the slope to get 0=%28r--5%29%2F%286-7%29 and simplify to get %28r%2B5%29%2F%281%29=0. Now solve for 'r' to get r%2B5=0 --> r=-5


So the second y coordinate is -5. It turns out that to have a slope of zero, the y coordinates must be the same.
