We need to get the #s on one side and the x terms on the other.
So, move the 10 to the other side by subtracting it from both:
3x%2B10-10=2x-5-10
3x=2x-15
Then move the 2x over to the other side by subtracting it from both sides:
3x-2x=2x-2x-15
x=-15, which is our answer.
