I'm not familiar with either of your terms
"aparmey number" or "parimey symbel".
22/7 is a rational number because it is the ratio of
two integers, 22 and 7.
However p is an irrational number.
Compare them:
Look at 22/7
22/7 = 3.1428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428...
Notice that it repeats the block of digits "142857" over and over.
Rational numbers if divided out either terminate or they repeat a
block of digits forever.
Now look at p
p =
3.1415926535897932384626433832795028841971693993751058209749445923078164062862089986280348253421170679821480865132...
It doesn't repeat any block of digits forever.
Both those long decimals round to 3.142. Ppeople who don't
need to be more accurate that the thousandths place can use
22/7. But machinists have to be more accurate than that, so
they can't use 22/7 for p.
