Why this same question again, and today repeated two more times? Not enough information to make sense. What kind of sequence is needed? What does "17" mean? Is the first term, 17? How are the terms of the sequence formed? You only mention 17 and second term is 3. Try giving the whole problem description and maybe some help would be possible.
