The average of 2, 17, and 59 is 26. Three consecutive primes in that vicinity are 23, 29, and 31: Product >20,000.

Looked at 7, 11, 13: Product 1001, too small

Looked at 13, 17, 19: Product 4199, candidate but possibly too large
