I've tried using Sn=a(r^n - 1)/r^n-1 but can't get the right answer.

The multiplier for a 6% increase is 1.06, therefore

Total = 110%281.06%5E20%29
Use a calc to find 1.06^20
T = 110 * 3.207
T ~ 353 employees in 20 weeks
