=3C3 3^3 (2i)^0 + 3C2 3^2 (2i)^1 + 3C1 3^1 (2i)^2 + 3C0 3^0 (2i)^3
=1*27*1 + 3*9*(2i) + 3*3*(-4) + 1*1*(-8i)
=-9 + 46i
