: Please can you help me with Arithmetic Sequences because I don't know how to do it. The problem say determine whether each sequence is an arithmetic sequence. If it is, state the common difference.
The problem is 17,6,5,4,....
Thanks for your help because I don't get how to do it so if you help me out to were I can do it on my own then thanks a lot.It's on page 236 my teacher wants me to do all the even numbers on the practice and apply.

It's not arithmetic, unless you made a typo and the 1st term is 7, not 17.
