You need to state this part properly: "6 lbs bunch of celery"

Is that 6 each of 1 pound bunches, or is that 1 bunch of 6 pounds celery?
Also note that 63 ounces is 3 pounds 15 ounces.

Taking as if 6 pounds of celery, then yield is 100%2863%2F%286%2A16%29%29percent.
You can compute that.
