The given information is inconsistent....
And even if it were, there would not be enough information to answer the question.
Given that the third term is 9 times the first term, the common ratio is either 3 or -3.
But if the common ratio is 3, the second term is 1/27 of the fifth term -- not 1/24 of the fifth term.
And even if the statement of that part of the problem had been correct, there is no information given about the actual value of ANY of the terms -- so it would be impossible to determine what the 4th term is.
