You DO NOT NEED "find" explicit rule for the general term of an arithmetic progression:


   +------------------------------------------+
   |  You must know it, as you know 2x2 = 4.  |
   +------------------------------------------+


a%5Bn%5D = a%5B1%5D + (n-1)*d.


In your case,  a%5B37%5D = -32 + (37-1)*20.


You do arithmetic.
