if the sequence is arithmetic
difference between first term and the second term is +d=3
a%5B1%5D=0
a%5B2%5D=3
nth term formula will be:
a%5Bn%5D=a%5B1%5D%2B%28n-1%29%2Ad.......since a%5B1%5D=0 and d=3
a%5Bn%5D=0%2B%28n-1%29%2A3
a%5Bn%5D=%28n-1%29%2A3 where n=1,2,3,....

check the formula for given terms
n=1
a%5B1%5D=%281-1%29%2A3=0->true
n=2,
