This sequence is neither arithmetic nor geometric. So, there is no nth term formula for this sequence.

But, if we look carefully at the series,then we can see that these are numbers with powers 0,2 and 3 of the numbers 1,2,3 and 5:
1%5E0=1
1%5E1=1
3%5E2=9
2%5E2=4
5%5E3=125
