Given the form for Tn, it is clear that you have a typo in the given sequence. The second term is 1/10, not 1/0; the 5th term is 10/25, not 0/25.
It would be polite (and beneficial to you) for you to look at what you have written in your post before submitting it.
Then there is not much to show....
The numerators are -2, 1, 4, 7, 10,...; they follow the pattern 3n-5. The denominators are 5, 10, 15, 20, 25,...; they follow the pattern 5n.
So the fractions follow the pattern (3n-5)/(5n).
