I have solved the common difference (4), the fifth term, -t+16, but I can't seem to figure out how to solve the nth term. I know once I have that, Ill be able to solve the 100th term, but I can't figure out that part

Common difference is positive 4, simply by inspection.

The general term is %28-t%29%2B4%28n-1%29, as expected for first term, -t and common difference between terms, %2B4, for an arithmetic progression.
