It is not formulation of a Math problem.

I can not (and don't want to make an effort ) to identify where is the beginning and where is the end of this assignment.

Because it is written from the end to the beginning and perpendicularly and repeated many times.


So, in my view it is NONSENSE, created due to lack of entertainment.
