If you consider the 1%2F2 as 3%2F6, then it goes

1%2F4%2B2%2F5%2B3%2F6%2B4%2F7%2B5%2F8%2B6%2F9%2B7%2F10%2B8%2F11%2B9%2F12%2B10%2F13%2B11%2F14

where the numerators go 1,2,3,4,...,11 which is n going 
from 1 to 11.  Then the denominators go 4,5,6,7,...,14
and each denominator is always 3 more than the numerator.
So the denominators are the numerators, n, plus 3, so the 
summation is
